Endangered Language: Romansh

Language is everything. Our ability to communicate directly correlates to the amount of power we have in the world. And there are a staggering 6,500+ languages on earth, with hundreds already having gone extinct. Languages can go extinct for a multitude of reasons including things like everyone who speaks it dies or a power shift that leads to language shift (aka imperialism). To lose ones language can have devastating consequences such as a loss of culture and identity but unfortunately there are hundreds to thousands of endangerd languaged across the globe. One of them is Romansh, which is spoken in Swizterland.
